Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Converty macOS application ("the Service") operated by Converty ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Licensing Model

Converty is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Converty subject to the following conditions and standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions:

• Multiple Macs: Your license is tied to your Apple ID. You may install and use Converty on any Mac device where you are signed in with your Apple ID.
• Family Sharing: Converty fully supports Apple's Family Sharing. You can share your purchase with up to five other family members.
• No Subscriptions: The purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring monthly fees for the software itself.
• Updates: Your license includes free updates provided through the Mac App Store.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Converty and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with future macOS updates. Furthermore, exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only and we do not guarantee their real-time accuracy for financial trading.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Converty, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
