3. Pro Upgrades and Purchases

Peeky is offered as a free download with core features. Certain premium capabilities—such as unlimited source folders, AI smart tagging, and advanced layout modes—may require an optional Pro license purchase. All transactions are securely processed via Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peeky is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choteri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Peeky.
